A Safe place was created in loving memory of Sylvie, whose quiet strength, kindness and compassion continue to inspire us every day.

  • Living with mental illness can often feel isolating. Sylvie's Place exists to provide a safe, welcoming space where adults can connect with others who understand, enjoy meaningful activities, and simply know they are not alone.

  • Whether you'd like to enjoy a cup of coffee, complete a puzzle, colour in, play a board game, or simply sit and chat, you'll always be welcomed with kindness, respect and understanding.

When- Monday 11:30am – 3:00pm & Tuesday 1:00pm – 5:00pm
